Returns / Changes

Product changes are accepted and must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and only after consultation with our store. For seasonal products (swimwear, beachwear, beach accessories) the product is returned within 2 working days from the date of receipt. In case of change the customer can choose a new product from our website to make the change and when received his new order he gives to the courier company the order he already has in his place in this case he is charged with 4 euros shipping costs. No refunds are made under any circumstances. Unjustified Return of Products (right of unjustified withdrawal) The customer reserves the right to return the purchased products, according to the law for consumer protection, unjustified, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. DENIAL OF RECEIPT If you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it (without the fault of our company), you will be charged with the return shipping costs which are 7 euros for Greece or the amount for your country. In this case and if you wish to re-register an order in our store you will have to pay by bank deposit the entire amount of the new order including the € 7 (or your country s)that will have arisen from the above debt and you will not have the right to choose cash on delivery again payment method.

UNJUSTIFIED RETURN OF PRODUCTS(right of unjustified withdrawal)

The customer reserves the right to return the purchased products, according to the law for consumer protection, unjustifiably, within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. Before sending any product please contact us first. No refunds are made under any circumstances. The customer has the right to replace the product with a new one. Return and shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer. Defective product return policy: In the event that upon receipt of the product (s) you find that this is defective, the following applies: 1) You must immediately and within 7 days from the delivery of the product (s) to you or to a person you have indicated to us, to inform the company of the existence of the defect. 2) This information can be provided by any convenient means (telephone, e-mail). The costs of returning the defective product are borne by the company, provided that the return is made in the appropriate and standard way of return indicated by the company. In case you choose a different way of shipping the defective product, then the shipping costs are borne by you. 4) If you exercise the right of withdrawal, our company will refund the amount of money you have already paid for the product (s), including shipping costs (delivery costs). Shipping costs and additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the company, are non-refundable. This exception also includes the cost of € 2, which has resulted from the option "cash on delivery" and therefore this amount of € 2 is non-refundable. This condition does not apply to the cost of returning the product (s) for which there is an express provision in condition 8. 5) In case you choose to replace the product, the shipping costs of the new product (sent to replace the defective one) are fully covered by the company. 6) In case you choose to have the price refunded, this refund will be made by the same means that you had chosen for the original transaction, unless you expressly express your wish that the refund be made by another means. . CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY THE CUSTOMER When you place your order through the online store and after its confirmation by depositing money, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day or the next day that you placed the order and only if the product has not been shipped before.
